Context

Project made under a contract with a software agency.

Project setup

These clients approached us with the product concept already in mind and relatively well developed. Before the project started, I helped the sales team with a design briefing session to asses the client's needs. Then, the PM would keep track of the delivery dates and development, while I delegate design tasks (for other designers and myself) to ensure quality and consistency, while also communicating with the clients to get feedback and hear their new requests. Firstly, a colleague took the front and started the design, and then it was handed to me to finish it as the main designer.

The problem

Since the beginning of the information era, the act of organizing events has started to be simpler with the resurgence of digital products. But today, there are so many of them, planning multiple life events (like birthdays, family trips, parties) have been slowly becoming a pain due to how many apps you need to keep track of all of them.

Product proposal

With that problem in mind, One Place is born with the premise of being a tool to concentrate all of your plans, regardless of type. With a straightforward approach, this app offers a simple interface to help you organize your event as quickly as possible, with no bureaucracy or complex processes, eliminating the need to have several apps installed on your phone just to keep event information.
